2、?临床研究?AbstractObjcctivcManystudiesshowedthatcontrastsensitivityfunctions(CSFs)isreducedafterlaserinsitukeratomileusis(LASIK),however,noreportisfoundabouttheCSFsafterwavefront-guidedLASIK.TheaimofourstudywastoevaluatethechangesofCSFsafterwavefront-guidedLASIK.MethodsAprospect
3、ive,randomized,double—maskedandcontrolledstudycomprised100eyesof50youngpatientswhoattemptedLASIKwerecurriedout.Thepatientsweredividedintostandardablationgroupandwavefront?guidedablationgrouprandomly.Preoperativeandpostoperativeexaminationincludedcontrastsensitivityunderphoto
4、pic(250lux)andscotopic(1lux)conditionswithorwithoutglare(75lux).ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceinCSFsunderphotopicandscotopicconditionswithorwithoutglarebe~reoperationbetweentwogroups.However,theCSFwithglarewaslowerthanthatofwithoutglare.ThepostoperativeCSFsunderphoto
5、picandscotopicconditionsbothwithorwithoutarewereincreasedsignificantlyinstandardablationgroup.Inwavefront-guidedablationgroup,thesignificantincreaseofCSFswasfoundonlyinpartialspatialfrequency,suchas3c/dand6c/dat3-monthand6-monthoffollowing-up.At6-monthinterval,theincreasefac
6、torsofthelogvaluesofCSFsin18c/dunderphotopicorscotopicconditionwithoutglareandscotopicconditionwithglareinstandardablationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinwavefront—guidedablationgroup.ConclusionTheincreaseextentofCSFsfollowingwavefront-guidedLASIKarenotenoughhighincomparisonwithst
