3、qualitybeforemachining,butalsoonthecharacteristicsoftheceramictilesaswellastheperformanceofgrindingandpolishingwheels.Theperformanceofthepolishingwheelisthekeyforagoodfinalsurfacequality.Thesurfaceglossinessafterfinishingmustbeabove208inordertogethigherpolishingqualitybecausefinishin

4、gwilllimitthemaximumsurfaceglossinessbypolishing.Theoptimizedcombinationofgrindingandpolishingwheelsforallthestepswillachieveshortermachiningtimesandbettersurfacequality.Noobviousrelationshipsarefoundbetweenthehardnessofceramictilesandsurfacequalityorthewearofgrindingwheels;therefore
