3、thecharacteristicsoftheceramictilesaswellastheperformanceofgrindingandpolishingwheels.Theperformanceofthepolishingwheelisthekeyforagoodfinalsurfacequality.Thesurfaceglossinessafterfinishingmustbeabove208inordertogethigherpolishingqualitybecausefinishingwilllimitthemaximumsurfaceglossinessbypolishing

4、.Theoptimizedcombinationofgrindingandpolishingwheelsforallthestepswillachieveshortermachiningtimesandbettersurfacequality.Noobviousrelationshipsarefoundbetweenthehardnessofceramictilesandsurfacequalityorthewearofgrindingwheels;therefore,thehardnessoftheceramictilecannotbeusedforevaluatingitsmachinab
