6、ccessfullyduplicated,TheRussiansshouldtalktothepeopleinArmstrong,Iuwa,andwatchthemanalyze,design.AndmakeharvestersiftheywanttolearnhowtomakefarmmachinerytheAmericanway.Ifallgoeswell,theninemonthsbetweenharvestswillprovidesufficienttimetomakethedesiredengineer

7、ingtests,andtoadddesignimprovementsneededbeforethereleaseofmaterialrequisitions,sothatnextyear'simprovedharvesterswillhereadyintime,Itisnotuncommonthat,asthetimeapproachestomakematerialreleasesfortheimproveddesigns,productengineeringwillbegformoretimetorunone
