1、地屈孕酮联合β-HCG治疗原因未明复发性流产的临床观察[摘要]目的分析地屈孕酮与β-HCG联合治疗原因未明反复性流产患者的临床效果。方法选取2011年8月～2012年11月本院收治的原因未明反复性早期流产患者90例为研究对象，并将其随机分成两组，45例患者以黄体酮治疗（黄体酮组），45例患者以地屈孕酮与β-HCG联合施治（联合治疗组），另取同期正常孕妇45例为对照组。对比分析3组受试者的血清P、E2、HCG水平，同时比较其妊娠结局与临床不良反应情况。结果孕8周内，黄体酮组与联合治疗组患者的血清P、E2、HCG水平差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但均明显低于对
