2、22,2005.ChapterIGeneralPrinciplesArticle1.TheAssociationisentitledTheChineseAssociationofSelf-regulatingPublications.(Hereinafterreferredas“theAssociation”)Article2TheAssociationwasestablishedinaccordancewithrelatedlawsandregulations.TheAssociationisanon-profitsocialorganizationwhichaimsatsafeg

3、uardingpublicationethics,providingadviceinself-disciplinetothepublicationindustryaswellasfacilitatingsoundandcompletedevelopmentofthepublicationindustry.Article3TheorganizationaldistrictoftheAssociationcoversthenationaladministrativedistrict.Article4TheaddressoftheAssociationissetinthedistrictw

4、heretheadministrativeauthorityislocated.TheestablishmentofbranchesoftheAssociationmaybereportedtoandapprovedbytheadministrativeauthority.ThesimplifiedbranchorganizationalarticlesshallbestipulatedbytheBoardofDirectorsandimplementedundertheapprovaloftheadministrativeauthority.TheaddressesoftheAss

5、ociationanditsbranchesupontheestablishmentandchangesshallbesubmittedtotheadministrativeauthorityforfiling.Article5ThemissionsoftheAssociationareasfollows:A.Assistpublisherstoidentifypublicationsindoubtinwayofrating.B.Conductassessmentonpublicationratingsuponreceiptsofcommissioningandreportingon

6、possibleoffensivepublications.C.Makeresearchesontheratingsystemandratingstandardsforpublications.D.Holdpromotionalactivities,discussionsandseminarsinrelatingtopublicationrating.E.Holdinformationexchangeactivitiesbyinvitingdomesticandoverseasorganizationsconcerned.F.Conductotheractivitiesinrelat
