3、technique.TheproposedAIwasappliedtoavoltagecontrolledoscillator(VCO)todemonstratetheenhancementinpowerconsumptionandimprovementinphasenoise.TheAI-VCOswithandwithoutACwerefabricatedusinga0.18mmCMOSprocessandachievedfrequencytuningrangesfrom1.13to2.67GHzand1.3to3.24GHz,respectively.T
4、hemeasuredphasenoiseoftheAI-VCOwithACis292.2dBc/Hzat1MHzoffset,a4dBimprovementcomparedtothatoftheAI-VCOwithoutAC.The2proposedVCOconsumes2.2–13mWwitha1.8Vvoltagesupplyandoccupies171×174mmofcoresizewithouttestingpads.1Introductionfeedbackresistor(Rf)andanadditivecapacitor(Ca).Thetran
