1、检验医学与临床2O14年5月第11卷第10期LabMedClin，May2014，Vo1．11，No．10·论著·自体外周血干细胞移植治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化临床观察徐菁，张志勇。(1．陕西汉中3201医院消化内科723000；2．西京医院消化病医院，西安710000)【摘要】目的观察自体外周血干细胞移植治疗乙型肝硬化的近期疗效。方法选择5O例乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的患者，分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(24例)。对照组给予维生素、复合辅酶、异甘草酸镁等一般综合治疗及抗乙型肝炎病毒治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予自体外用血干细胞移植

2、治疗。治疗后定期复查丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AIT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、清蛋白(AIB)、总胆红素(TBII)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)水平变化及Child—Pugh评分变化，观察患者临床症状变化与不良反应。结果在治疗后第4周，治疗组较对照组患者血清AIT、AST、AIB、PTA均有明显改善(Pd0．05)，TBII改善无显著差异。4周后治疗组各临床症状较对照组明显改善，乏力改善2O例(76．9)、食欲改善16例(61．5)、腹水减少或完全消失22例(84．6)，未发生严重并发症。结论自体外周血干细胞移植治疗乙型肝炎肝
