2、5%醇碱为提取溶剂,固液比为1:15,提取温度为6o℃,提取1.5h。正交试验得出优化提取工艺为以5%醇碱为提取溶剂,固液比为1:10,提取温度为6o℃,提取1.0h。10mS/ml的黄芪多糖能够显著提高小叶杨叶绿素a和总叶绿素的含量,而0.1mg/ml黄芪多糖能够显著提高小叶杨叶绿素b的含量。[结论]黄芪多糖能够提高植物叶绿素含量,进而促进植物的生长发育。关键词黄芪多糖;正交试验;小叶杨;叶绿素含量中图分类号$567文献标识码A文章编号0517—6611(2014)19—06281—04ExtractionofAstragaluspolysaccharideandItsI
