2、免疫抑制治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。采用微粒子酶免疫法(MEIA)监测患者服用五酯胶囊前后FK506的血药浓度，记录FK506的给药剂量，观察肾移植术后免疫抑制的疗效、用药后的不良反应，以及用药对肾移植患者血常规的影响。结果：五酯胶囊用药前、后FK506的血药浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P
