4、communicationunderlyingtheperceptionsofpolitenessinrefusal・Keywords:refusalstrategies;face-saving;politeness;businesscommunication摘要:拒绝被看作是一种威胁听者面子的行为,因此在拒绝时需要一些维护面子的策略。到目前为止,冇关拒绝行为的研究吸引了国内外专家学者的关注,很多研究都是从语用学角度來分析的。在国际商务沟通中,拒绝有着其实用价值,人们普遍认为运用适当的拒绝策略可以缓和双方的矛盾,减少语用失误,并同时达到双赢的目的。因此,木篇论文就
