1、喉罩全麻控制通气在小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的作用探讨【摘要】目的❷❷喉罩全身麻醉控制通气在小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的作用效果进行探讨。方法68例接受纤维支气管镜检查的患儿，采取随机数字法分为研究组及对照组，各34例。研究组采取喉罩全麻控制通气；对照组实施常规静脉全麻。比较两组患儿纤维支气管镜检查前、中、后心率、平均动脉压及血氧饱和度的情况，并比较两组患儿不良反应发生率。结果研究组检查中心率、平均动脉压及血氧饱和度与检查前、后比较差异无统计学意义；对照组检查中心率、平均动脉压明显高于检查前、后，
2、血氧饱和度低于检查前、后，差异具有统计学意义；且两组患儿检查中心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度比较差异具有统计学意义。研究组不良反应率为5.88%,低于对照组的23.53%,差异具有统计学意义。结论喉罩全麻控制通气在小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查中的麻醉效果较优，且安全性较高，不良反应较少，值得推广。【关键词】喉罩；麻醉；纤维支气管镜DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.ll-5547/r.2017.17.028Investigationofeffectbylaryngealmaskgeneralanes
