5、tallizationrecently.Anumberofproteinsinglecrystalshavebeenachieved[1-3],however,therearestillchallengestogetasinglecrystalforacertainprotein.Heretofore,therearenoconvincingtheoriesaboutpredictingcrystallizationconditionsforanewbiomacromoleculeorsomepersuasiveexplanationofwhytheproteinsinglecry
6、stalappearinginthatcondition,althoughFeher[4]andMcPherson[5]researcheditsprincipleandestablishedsomebasicwaystwentyyearsago.Themainobjectiveofproteincrystallizationistoacquireperfectcrystalandestablishits3Dstructure,whichhasspecialattractiontoproteomicsresearchers.Currently,biomacromoleculecry
