6、hrinkagewereinducedinthecold-drawnfilmsbymethylenechloride,dioxane,andnitromethaneliquidsattemperaturesrangingfrom5to75°C.Thekineticsofshrinkagewerefoundtoberelatabtetothesorptionkineticsoftheliquidsintothefilms,andtheshrinkagelevelsrelatabletothe
7、degreeofinteractionbetweenthepolymerandliquid.Morphologystudiesindicatedthatasaresultoftheliquidtreatments,thepoorlydefined,oriented,spherulitic-likesuperstructureincold-drawnPETfilmsbecameratherwellperfected,withfurtherhighly-orientedcrystallinityand
