3、onprograms,soastostrengthentheirperceptionsoffeasibilityanddesirabilityofanentrepreneurialcareer.InthisarticleweexaminewhetherdifferencesexistamongAmerican,AsianandEuropeanstudentsintermsofentrepreneurialintentionsanddispositions,aswellasmotivationsandperceivedb
4、arriersforbusinessstartup.Resultsindicatethatentrepreneurialdispositionandintentionsdifferbycountrybutthatstudentsacrosscountriesaremotivatedand/ordiscouragedbysimilarvariables.However,ourresultsindicatethatthelevelsofsensitivitytoeachmotivatorandbarrierdifferby
