2、腹部常规平扫及动静脉期双能量扫描(100kV/350mA、Sn140kV/270mA),经liverVNC软件处理得到动脉期虚拟平扫数据,比较常规平扫及虚拟平扫2组图像的图像质量及病灶检出率、平均CT值、信噪比(signalnoiseratio,SNR)、对比噪声(contrastnoiseratio,CNR)比及辐射剂量。结果虚拟平扫图像质量有所下降(P<0.05),但仍能满足诊断需求。进展期胃癌病灶检出率无差异;2组扫描图像所测器官平均CT值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),虚拟平扫图像SNR及CNR明显高于常规平扫,差异有统计学
