3、tethisbindingwasan“enthalpy-driven”reaction.Thenumberofbindingsiteanddistancebetweenresiduesandligandswerealsocalculated:n=0.98,r=3.84nm.UV–visspectrashowedHSAmoleculesunfoldedtosomeextentandthehydrophobicitywasdecreasedinthepresenceofcholesterol.Keywords:Cholesterol,q

5、womajorandBodiofTianjing,respectively.Trisbufferwithapurityligandbindingsiteslocatedinthesubdomainsof2Aand3Aofnolessthan99.5%andNaCl,HClwereallofanalyticalonHSA[3].Whileitsprincipalfunctionistotransportfattypurity.TheHSAwasdissolvedinTris–HClbuffersolutionacids,itisals
