2、ABSTRACTThe21stcentury,mankindhasenteredtheeraofknowledgeeconomy,knowledgehasbecomearesoBl"Cebaseofenterprisegettingcompetitiveadvantage．Byknowledge-sharing,theorganizationCanimprovetheutilizationofknowledgefromeffectiveknowledgetransfer,andenhancetheorganizationalc

3、ompetitiveadvantage．Thecurrentresearchonknowledgetransfermostlyfromfourfactorsofcharacteristicsofknowledge，knowledgesender,knowledgerecipientsandthesceneofthetransferactivitiestdependedon．Inthestudyofscenariosontheimpactofknowledgetransfer，networkisoneofthehotspots．
