3、ersonalcharacteristics,orpositionmatching,leadinglowmatchingratesofrecruitedstaffandjobsposted,andresultsin,poorperformancelateron.Therefore,inthepresentpaper,bytakingthecompanyXasacasestudy,usingliteraturesurveymethod,inductivemethod,questionnairesurveymethodandstatisticalanalysismethod,com
4、binedwithhumanresourcemanagementtheory,acompetencymodelofemployeeswassuccessfullybuiltandappliedtothestaffrecruitmentofcompanyX.Initially,bystartingwiththeinvestigationofthecurrentstatusofindustrypersonnelsupplyfromcompanyX,Ipointedouttheresearchgoalsandideas,andintroducedandsummarizedtheres
5、earchstatusnationwideandworldwide;Secondly,throughtheanalysisoftheenterprisedevelopmentandhumanresourcespresentsituation,Ipointedouttheproblemsexistingintherecruitment,andconcludedthattherecruitmentisinadireneedforamoreeffectiverecruitingmethod;Thirdly,byusingmethodsofdeductiveandcompetencyc
6、haracteristicslisting,IcreatedacompetencymodelforcompanyX,optimizedtherecruitmentprocess,appliedthecompetencymodelintheenterpriserecruitment,andevaluatedtherecruitmentbytrackingandanalyzingthreepartnersincludingtheparticipants,thehumanresourcesdepartment,andrecruitmentstaffprobationperiod.Th
