3、ionindustryandputsforwardtherequirementsfortheHumanResourcesDepartment,accordinglypointingoutthattheworkoftheHumanResourcesDepartmentshouldpayattentiontotheenterprisecultureconstruction,undertakingenterprisesocialresponsibilityandcooperatingwithotherdepartments.Byanalyzi
4、ngandsummarizingthepointsanddifficultiesofperformanceassessmentonHRdepartment,thispaperproposesnewideasoftheassessmentintheconstructionindustry,andcombinedwiththeconstructionscaleandpersonnelstructureinourcountry,italsoanalyzestheresponsibilitiesoftheHumanResourcesDepart
5、mentatdifferentlevels.ThroughanalyzingtheprocessandproblemsofAcompany'sperformanceassessment,sumupthenecessitytoimprovetheperformanceevaluationmethod-thecombinationofKPI,BSCand360-degreeevaluationmethod.startingfromthecompany'sstrategicandpracticaladvantages,usingtheFish
6、boneAnalysistoensurethekeysuccessfactorsoftheHRdepartment,asaresult,whichincludetheBrandMaintenance,theExternal/InternalManagementEffectsandDailyWorkofDepartments,theBigCustomerManagementandtheEnterpriseStrategicSupport.Forthedepartmentlevel,usingtheKPIandBSCtointegratet
