1、硕士学位论文表达下调。加入Akt阻滞剂(A6730)后,缺氧后适应+CTl+Akt抑制剂组较缺氧后适应+CTl组凋亡率增加,存活率降低,Akt磷酸化蛋白水平下降,BadmRNA表达升高,缺氧后适应+CTl+二甲基亚砜组较缺氧后适应+CTI+Akt抑制剂组凋亡率降低,存活率增加,Akt磷酸化蛋白水平明显升高,BadmRNA表达下调,基本与缺氧后适应+CTl组持平。结论心肌营养素1参与激活缺氧后适应Akt信号通路,协同缺氧后适应减轻缺氧复氧再灌注对心肌细胞的损伤,对心肌细胞起保护作用。关键词:心肌细胞缺氧后适应心肌营养素lAkt信号通路V硕士学位论
