2、ingconstantly,Manymajorprojectsareintheshapeofprogramme.Themajorconstructioncontractingcorporationscancarryonmultipleprojects.Thisprojectshavedifferentcontractrelationsandinterests,andthisprojectsmayhaveconflict.Soitisveryimportanttothemajorconstructioncorporatio

3、nsthatexplorethenewmethodofengineeringsupervision.Thefirstchapterandthesecondchapterintroducesthebackgroundofprogrammemanagement,thestudygoalandtheliteraturereview.Thischaptersalsoanalysistheshortcomingsoftraditionalengineeringsupervision.Thisarticleintroducethre

4、ebasictheoriesbasedonthisanalysis.Thethreebasictheoriesareprogrammemanagementtheory,ConcurrentEngineeringtheoryandconstraintresourcetheory.Thethirdchapterestablishseveralcoordinatedmanagementmodules.Thethirdchapterhasalsodesignedtheprogrammemanagementflowpathbase

5、donthemodule.Theflowpathcontainfoursteps:theestablishoforganizationsystem,projectselection,Projectscheduleandresourceallocation.Thefourchapterintroducetheimplementofprogrammemanagementfromthreeaspects.Thethreeaspectsareprojectselection,Projectscheduleandresourcea

6、llocation.Theprojectselectionisthefoundationofprogrammeimplementation.Soweshouldsetupatargetsystemwhichadapttothecharacteristicofprogrammemanagement,thenwecanselectsuitableprogramfortheprogrammebasedonthetargetsystem.WeshoulduseanothersupervisormodebecauseoftheRe

7、sourceconstraintsandtheexistenceofriskfactor.SotheCCPMwhichbasedontheconstraintresourcetheoryismoresuitablethantheCPM.ThePMOshouldsetuptheresourcesystemlibrarywhentheyarefacedwiththeresourceallocationproblems.Theyshouldconfirmthepriorityofresourceallocation.Wesho
