1、河南农业大学硕士论文摘要本文通过在肉仔鸡日粮中添加植物精油,研究植物精油对肉仔鸡生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、消化道淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性等方面的影响,来确定植物精油在肉仔鸡日粮中的添加量。试验分为三个部分,具体如下所述:试验一:选取来源一致、体质健康、体重约为44.08士--0.799的1日龄商品代从肉仔鸡600只,采用6处理5重复单因子试验设计方法,分为对照组、负对照组和不同量的植物精油组(100、200、250、150mg/kg),探讨植物精油对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。结果显示:(1)在肉仔鸡饲粮中添加一定量植物精油(100mg/kg)可以显著促进日均采食量(P<0.05);(2)1
2、00、250mg/kg植物精油添加量可以显著提高肉仔鸡的日增重(P<0.05);(3)植物精油可以使料重比有所降低,但是差异不显著。试验--:试验结束时随机从每个重复中各选取1只健康肉公鸡,单只饲养于代谢笼内,收集粪便,进行营养物质表观消化率的测定。结果表明:(1)饲粮中添加适量的植物精油(100、200、250mg/kg)可以提高粗蛋白质质的消化率(P<0.05);(2)植物精油可以提高钙磷的消化率,但差异不显著。试验三:试验结束时每个重复选取2只鸡,取出十二指肠、空肠和回肠内容物测定肠道淀粉酶和蛋白酶的活性。结果表明:(1)植物精油(100、200、150mg/kg)对肠道淀粉酶
