2、withcoatedlysineandmethionineforPenaeusmonodon.Theshrimp(meaninitialweight1.27±0.02g)wereassignedtothe18500Lofplasticcylinderandfedwithsixdietscontaining40%crudeproteinand7%crudefatatatemperatureof30±1.0℃for56days.Thesixtestdietscontaining30%(F0,control),27%(F1),24%(F2),21%(F3),
3、18%(F4),15%(F5)fishmealrespectively.TheresultsshowedthattheshrimpfedwithF0gainthemaximumWG(245.02%)andSGR(2.58%/d)valuesandsignificantlyhigherthanthoseofshrimpfedwithF3~F5(P<0.05).WhentheshrimpfedwithF1,thefeedconversionratiowasthelowestandsignificantlylowerthanthoseofshrimpfedw
4、ithF3~F5(P<0.05).ThesurvivalrateofshrimpfedwithF4wasthelowestandsignificantlylowerthanthatofshrimpfedwithF0~F2(P<0.05),butwithoutstatisticaldifferenceswithotherdiets(P>0.05).Thedifferentleveloffishmealsubstitutedbyplantproteinshavenosignificanteffectsonthewholebodycompositionofs
5、hrimp(P>0.05).WhentheshrimpfedwithF2,theactivityofSODinhepatopancreaswasthehighestandsignificantlyhigherthanthatofshrimpfedwithF0(P<0.05),butwithoutstatisticaldifferenceswithotherdiets(P>0.05).HowevertheactivitiesofACPandLSZinhepatopancreashadnosignificantdifferencebetweeneachgr
