1、参松养心胶囊联合绷沙坦治疗阵发性房颤疗效观察傅炜钢喻胜卫吴宇红(新曬医科大第六附属医院心内科新曬乌鲁木齐830002)【中图分类号】R969【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2013)29-0146-01【摘要】目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合绳沙坦治疗阵发性房颤维持窦性心律的有效性、安全性。方法将140例阵发性房颤患者随机分为2组，实验组70例，采用参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦，对照组70例采用胺碘酮治疗，随访6个月，观察参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦治疗阵发性房颤维持窦性心律的有效性、安全性。结果实际完成试验组68例，对照

2、组66例，有效性试验组43例，对照组40例，两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o安全性试验组不良反应2例，对照组14例两组有显著差异(P<0.05)o结论参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦与胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤均有明显疗效，二者疗效相当；参松养心胶囊联合颉沙坦的安全性优于胺碘酮组。【关键词】心房颤动阵发性参松养心胶囊绷沙坦胺碘酮EffectofShensongYangxinCapsuleCombinedwithlosartaninthetreatmentofparoxysmalatrialfibrillationan

8、并至少有1次为心电图和（或）动态心电图证实；（2）既往未使用抗心律失常药物治疗;⑶无使用参松养心胶囊、缎沙坦、胺碘酮禁忌；（4）所有患者除外甲状腺功能亢进症，风湿性心脏病，严重低血压，电解质紊乱等。140例患者随机分为参松组和对照组，每组70例。两组病例的性别及年龄、生命体征、一般情况、病史、24h动态心电图、12导联普通心电图、
