8、骨折脱位临床上较为多见，根据锁骨钩钢板的设计符合肩锁关节局部解剖特点和生物力学特性，我院近3年来用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位。临床实践表明此方法固定牢固，患者能早期活动肩关节，避免出现内固定松动、骨折、脱位、移位等并发症。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组68例，男50例，女18例，年龄21～64岁，平均32岁，均为新鲜骨折，受伤至手术时间1～3天，所有病例均采用锁骨钩钢板治疗。1.2手术方法上臂丛麻醉，平卧位，患肩
