6、n. 【Keyallcelllungcancer;XRCC2gene;susceptibility;geicpolymorphism 【摘要】目的:观察非小细胞肺癌易感性与XRCC2基因C41657T及G4234C多态性及基因频率之间的关系.方法:应用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性方法对226例非小细胞肺癌患者和300例正常对照者XRCC2基因C41657T及G4234C多态性进行了分析.结果:中国北方汉族人存在XRCC2基因C41657T及G4234C多态性;两组人群两个多态位点基因型、等位基因及单体型频率无统计学差异(均P>0.05
7、);但分层分析显示非吸烟者XRCC241657T基因携带者患非小细胞肺癌风险是XRCC2C41657C基因型的1.85倍(95%CI:1.02~3.36),患腺鳞癌的风险是XRCC2C41657C基因型的2.45倍(95%CI=1.05~5.72),而XRCC2基因G4234C多态性吸烟状况及病理分类的分层分析两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:XRCC2基因41657T等位基因可能是非吸烟中国北方汉族人非小细胞肺癌及腺鳞癌的发病危险因素. 【关键词】 非小细胞肺癌;XRCC2基因;易感性;遗传多态性 0引言 X线修复交叉互
