2、应用多聚酶链反应一限制性片段长度(polymerasechainreac~LOllrestrictionfragmentlen舢p~mowhism，PCR-一RFLP)法分析XRCC1Arg399Gln的多态性，并对两者关系进行分析．结果携带XRCC1399Arg／Arg基因型患者49例(59．04％)，携带Arg，Gin基因型28例(33．73％)，携带Gin／Gin基因型6例(7．23％)．在XRCC1399Arg／Arg、Arg／Gln和Gin／Gin携带者中，化疗有效率分别为42．86％、11．2％和19．3％．A，A组化疗有效率优于A／G+G／G(42．86％vsl1．76％)，
