2、oundwas97.25%,whichwasquitetothatof500mg/Lchlorinesolution(P>0.05).ThepHofSlAEWrosewiththefloormoppingareaincreasing,whilethechlorineconcentrationdeclined,singlesterilizationratealsofell.ThetotalbacteriacountofSlAEWexceededthenationalstandardwhenthe2cumulativemoppingareagotto46.08m.Th
3、eATPdetectionvalueonthedevicesdroppedbymorethan95%afterimmersiondisinfectionwithSlAEW.WhenwashedwithSlAEWat15℃,theaveragebacterialclearancerateonhandsgotto99.65%andthereadingvalueofATPbioluminescencedetectiondroppedbyanaveragerateof95.12%,whichwasbetterthanthatofthetraditionalantibact
4、erialliquidsoapandSlAEWat5℃aswell(P<0.01).Conclusions:SlAEWismorestablethanEOWundertheopencondition.SlAEWcangreatlymaintainstabilityandgoodbactericidaleffectwhenkeptinsealedcontainermadeofrigidpolyvinylchloride(PVC)materialprotectedfromlight.ItshowshighsterilizationefficiencyofSlAEWin
5、wiping,groundmopping,immersionandhandwashing.ThebactericidaleffectofSlAEWisequaltoorevenbetterthanthatofthetradiatinalchlorine-containingdisinfectantandantibacterialliquidsoap.Becauseofitssafety,SlAEWisabetterchoiceofgreendisinfectantforclinicaldisinfectionandcanbewidelyappliedintheho
