1、-killbacteria.Afterwipingdisinfection,thetotalbacteriacountonthesurfacesofeachsamplewasnotexcessive.TheaveragekillingrateofSlAEWtonaturalbacteriasonthesurfacesgotto99%,whichwassuperiortothatof500mg/Lchlorinesolution(P<0.01).WhenmoppedwithSlAEW,thekillingratetothenaturalbacteriasontheground
2、was97.25%,whichwasquitetothatof500mg/Lchlorinesolution(P>0.05).ThepHofSlAEWrosewiththefloormoppingareaincreasing,whilethechlorineconcentrationdeclined,singlesterilizationratealsofell.ThetotalbacteriacountofSlAEWexceededthenationalstandardwhenthecumulativemoppingareagotto46.08m2.TheATPdetec
3、tionvalueonthedevicesdroppedbymorethan95%afterimmersiondisinfectionwithSlAEW.WhenwashedwithSlAEWat15℃,theaveragebacterialclearancerateonhandsgotto99.65%andthereadingvalueofATPbioluminescencedetectiondroppedbyanaveragerateof95.12%,whichwasbetterthanthatofthetraditionalantibacterialliquidsoa
4、pandSlAEWat5℃aswell(P<0.01).Conclusions:SlAEWismorestablethanEOWundertheopencondition.SlAEWcangreatlymaintainstabilityandgoodbactericidaleffectwhenkeptinsealedcontainermadeofrigidpolyvinylchloride(PVC)materialprotectedfromlight.ItshowshighsterilizationefficiencyofSlAEWinwiping,groundmoppin
5、g,immersionandhandwashing.ThebactericidaleffectofSlAEWisequaltoorevenbetterthanthatofthetradiatinalchlorine-containingdisinfectantandantibacterialliquidsoap.Becauseofitssafety,SlAEWisabetterchoiceofgreendisinfectantforclinicaldisinfectionandcanbewidelyappliedinthehospitaldisinfection.Keywo
