3、tisalsotheoreticallyandpracticallydesignedwithsomeexcellentsuggestionsonhowtostudytheNewCurriculumandmakegooduseofEnglishteaching.WithregardtothehighstandardofNewCurriculumReform,NoviceEnglishteachershavetochangetheteacher’srolefromadvisor.SomakestudyonEnglishteachers’
