1、循证护理模式在耳鼻喉科老年患者中的应用蔡丽平煤神马医疗集团总医院摘要:目的:探讨循证护理在耳鼻喉科的应用效果。方法:选取2015年9月至2016年9月收治的64例耳鼻喉科住院治疗的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取循证护理方法,观察M组患者焦虑自评量表(self-ratinganxietyscale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-ratingdepressionscale,SDS)、视觉模拟评分(visualanaloguescale,VAS)改善情况,忠者对疾病健康知识知晓及护理满意度,患者对治疗及护理依从性。结果:观察组患者耳鼻喉科疾病健康知识
2、知晓率为84.38%高于对照组46.88%(x2=9.97,P=0.008),观察组患者护理满意率为93.75%高于对照组68.75%(x2=6.56,P=0.018),护理后观察组SDS评分低于对照组(t=3.122,P=0.003),观察组SAS评分低于对照组(t=3.980,P=0.000),观察组VAS评分低于对照组(t=5.939,P=0.000),患者依从性观察组优于对照组(t=-12.081,P=0.000)。结论:耳鼻喉科护理工作中采用循证护理能解决患者护理问题,护理效果较传统护理方法效果好。关键词:循证护理;耳鼻喉;健康知识知晓率;收稿日期:2017-08-17Appl
