1、新型载药微球栓塞治疗肝脏肿瘤的初步经验(浙江大学医学院附属第一医院肝胆胰介入中心浙江杭州310003)【摘要】目的:观察新型载药栓塞微球(Hepasphere)治疗肝脏肿瘤的安全性及其近期临床疗效。方法:12例肝脏肿瘤患者在肝动脉化疗栓塞术中使用Hepasphere微球栓塞,对患者临床资料、影像随访资料、介入治疗的并发症和预后等情况进行总结和分析。采用mRESCIST标准,术后每月随访一次。12例肝脏肿瘤患者中,男性7例,女性5例,年龄43〜69岁,中位年龄51岁。12例患者共行22次TACE。其中原发性肝癌5例,转移性肝癌7例(原发
2、肿瘤为.•结直肠癌3例,胆囊癌1例,神经内分泌癌1例,胰腺癌1例,胃癌1例)。结果:12例患者随访7〜12月,中位随访时间为9月,根据mRESCIST标准,3月疾病缓解率为50%,疾病控制率为83.3%,6月疾病缓解率为33.3%,疾病控制率为75%。所有患者均未出现胆汁漏并发感染、肝脓肿、腹腔出血、肿瘤破裂出血及消化道出血等严重并发症。少数患者术后当天腹痛较重,需盐酸哌替啶止痛,其他患者腹痛较轻。结论:应用新型栓塞微球(Hepasphere)治疗肝脏肿瘤的近期临床疗效及安全性均较好,远期效果仍需大量病例进一步观察。【关键词】TACE
