1、载药微球经导管动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝癌研究进展赵倩颜志平复旦大学附属中山医院介入科、上海市影像医学研宄肝细胞肝癌是肝脏最常见原发性恶性肿瘤，经导管动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）是外科手术不能切除中晚期肝癌首选的有效治疗方法。载药微球TACE术是一种新兴治疗方式，能够持续缓慢释放化疗药物，提高药物局部浓度，降低全身血药浓度。在超选择基础上，直径＞100um载药微球TACE术安全有效，在肿瘤缓解率、减少手术次数、减少不良反应、缩短住院时间、提高生活质量等方而均较传统TACE术具有优势，对中期、Child-PughB级、体能活动状况1级、有两叶病变、复发性疾病患者治疗效果较好。但价
