1、通督醒神针刺法对脑瘫患儿神经发育及修复的临床研究广州中医药大学附属南海妇儿医院脑瘫康复中心(佛山528200)刘振寰1潘佩光1钱旭光1李诺1赵勇1丁建英1张丽红1万瑞平1摘要目的探讨通督醒神针刺法对脑瘫患儿神经发育及修复中的作用。方法将200例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（100例），治疗组采用通督补肾组穴：督脉穴13针配伍肾俞、太溪、阳陵泉、足三里、三阴交，醒神头针，神庭透前顶，前顶透百会，百会透脑户和四神聪，同时配合康复训练。对照组单纯用康复训练。3个月一个疗程。应用GMFM运动发育评定量表

2、和北京GESELL神经发育量表，评定两组神经发育与临床康复疗效，应用头颅CT/MRI评估患儿治疗前后脑神经修复。结果治疗组总有效率为87%，显著高于对照组的55%。治疗后患儿神经发育商（DQ）和GMFM针刺组显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。头颅CT/MRI脑发育不良的好转率和恢复正常率，治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论，通督醒神针刺法能促进脑瘫患儿脑神经修复和脑功能的重组。针刺在促进患儿运动功能恢复的同时对其认知发育有显著的效果。针刺配合康复训练远期疗效显著优于单纯康复训练。关键词针灸脑性瘫痪神经发育神
