1、万方数据第”卷第3期(第14页)2010矩湖北民族学院学报·医学版JournalofHubeiUniversityforNationalities·MedicalEditionV01.27No.3P.142010云克联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿临床观察苏林冲湖北民族学院附属医院风湿免疫科(湖北恩施445000)【摘要】目的观察云克联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)骨髓水肿(BME)的近期临床疗效。方法选择核磁共振(MRI)提示有BME的膝骨关节炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例,
2、对照组40例。两组均口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖6个月,治疗组加用云克静脉注射,每次2套,每日一次,连用10d休息10d为一个疗程,共三个疗程。采用Lysholm评分标准评估膝关节功能;依据Felson等对BME的评估方法对膝关节的BME进行评分。结果治疗前两组膝关节功能Lysholm评分及BME积分均无差异(P>0.05);治疗组在治疗3月、6月时膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而膝关节BME积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组因药物副作用停药者差异无统计学意义(尸l>O.05)。结论云
