1、颈动脉粥样硬化相关因素与分析[摘要]目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化相关危险因素。方法对210例体检者经超声检查颈动脉，进行常规体检，测量颈动脉内-中膜厚度,分析高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病、长期吸烟等与颈动脉硬化之间的关系。结果210例体检者，共检出颈动脉粥样硬化105例，其中血脂异常组24例，高血压组20例，高血压合并血脂异常组26例，糖尿病组14例，吸烟组16例，对照组5例。结论血脂异常是颈动脉硬化的主要危险因素之一，血脂异常及高血压两者同时存在可加重动脉粥样硬化，需提高对颈动脉硬化的认识，及时干预各种危险因素。[关键词]颈动脉硬化；危险因素；超声检查；高血压合并血脂异
