1、TGF-β1多克隆抗体预防屈指肌腱术后粘连的实验研究2006年10月第29卷第5期ChinJMierosurg.October.2006.V0l29.N0.5TGF一13多克隆抗体预防屈指肌腱术后粘连的实验研究王金堂张银刚李军毕乃贵韩学哲张小卫【摘要】目的探讨应用TGF一13.多克隆抗体抑制术后屈指肌腱粘连的效果.方法将108只来亨鸡随机分成3组,行中趾屈指肌腱切断吻合术,术中分别滴加生理盐水或低,高浓度的TGF一13.多克隆抗体,于术后1,3,8,12周取肌腱进行生物力学测试,苏木精一伊红染色,Masson胶原染色,苦味酸一天狼星红染色,TGF—p免疫组化染色等.结果TGF一
2、13多克隆抗体药物组(5P-g/ml组,10g/ml组)肌腱最大延伸率,模拟主动屈曲度要高于对照组,肌腱最大抗拉力在8周时低于对照组,在12周时与对照组无差异;与对照组比较,10g/ml组炎症过程缩短,塑形过程加速;药物组(5g/ml组,10g/ml组)I胶原含量减少,I/Ⅲ胶原比例下降,TGF一13.的表达降低.结论TGF一13.多克隆抗体可以有效的抑制TGF一13.在肌腱损伤修复过程中的作用,减少肌腱的粘连,瘢痕组织的形成,而不影响肌腱的强度,这可能是屈肌腱损伤术后粘连潜在的有效方法之一.【关键词】转化生长因子;腱腱;粘连;显微外科手术PreventiveeffectofT
