1、中医理疗改善手部屈指肌腱II区损伤修复术后肌腱粘连的临床观察［摘要］目的探讨中医理疗改善手部屈指肌腱II区损伤修复术后肌腱粘连的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月〜2017年1月我院收治的60例手部屈指肌腱II区损伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组术后采取石膏进行固定，在石膏固定4周后将其拆除，不使用其他康复治疗方法。观察组术后采用超激光及中医定向透药疗法进行辅助治疗，观察两组的临床疗效。结果两组出院时的VAS评分低于入院时，差异有统计学意义。观察组出院时的VAS低于对照组
