5、eding,maintenanceofproducers,operatorsandusersofthelegitimaterightsandinterests,improveseedlingquality,promoteseedlingindustrialization,promotethedevelopmentofforestryandecologicalconstruction,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinaSeedLaw"andrelevantlawsandregulations,combine
6、dwiththeactualsituationoftheprovince.Theenactmentofthisordinance.Articlesecondengaginginthebreeding,production,operation,useandmanagementofforesttreesandseedlingswithintheadministrativeareaofthisprovince,theseRegulationsshallbeobserved.Theterm"forestseedling"asmentionedinthes
