3、ticle1TheseRegulationsareformulatedforthepurposeofstandardizingtheactivitiesofcreditinvestigation,protectingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsoftheparties,guidingandpromotingthehealthydevelopmentofthecreditreportingindustry,andpromotingtheconstructionoft
4、hesocialcreditsystemThesesecondregulationsshallapplytoengagingincreditreportingbusinessandrelatedactivitieswithintheterritoryofChinaSaidthecreditbusinessasmentionedinthisRegulationreferstotheorganizationofenterprisesandinstitutions(hereinafterreferred
5、toasenterprises)collection,creditinformationandpersonalcreditinformationcollection,storage,processing,andprovideinformationtotheuseractivityThefinancialcreditinformationbasicdatabaseestablishedbythestatecarriesoutthecollection,collation,storage,proces
6、singandsupplyofinformation,andappliestheprovisionsofthefifthchapteroftheseRegulationsAuthorizedbythestateorgansaswellaslawsandregulationstomanagepublicaffairsorganizationinaccordancewiththelaws,administrativeregulationsandtheprovisionsoftheStateCounci
7、l,collecting,sorting,storage,andprocessingtoperformthedutiesoftheenterpriseandpersonalinformationreleased,thisOrdinanceshallnotapplyThirdengagedincreditreportingbusinessandrelatedactivities,shouldabidebylawsandregulations,honestandtrustworthy,nottoend
