1、Cysteinemodifiedgoldelectrodeelectrochemicalluminescencedeterminationofroxithromycin[Abstract]werepreparedonbaregoldelectrodeLcysteineself-assembledmonolayermodifiedelectrode(LCysAu/SAM/CME).TheeffectsofrutheniumbipyridylandRoxithromycinonthismodifi
2、edelectrodeanditschemiluminescence.Theresultsshowthatthismodifiedelectrodeshowedagoodelectrochemicalactivityandelectrochemiluminescence(ECL)response.roxithromycinbasedonthepresenceofbipyridinerutheniumcanincreasetheluminousintensityforthedeterminationofLuoTablets
3、oftheelectrochemiluminescencemethod.inthebestconditions,theconcentrationofroxithromycininthe1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/LanditsrelativeintensitywithinthelinearrelationshipbetweenthelineregressionequationisI=2×107C+384.02,r=0.9977;thedetectionlimit(S/N=3)is1.0×10-7mol/L.
4、Continuousdeterminationof1.8×10-5mol/Lofroxithromycin10,luminousintensityoftheRSDis1.93%,indicatingthatthismodifiedelectrodehasgoodreproducibility,andthemethodusedforthedetectionof14roxithromycintablets.[Keywords:]Lcysteine,chemicallymodifiedelectrode,roxithromyc
