3、GCE)byaNafionfilm.TheimmobilizedMbdisplayedapairofwell-definedandnearlyreversiblecyclicvoltammetricpeakswithaformalpotential(E◦)of−0.373Vina0.1Mphosphatebuffersolution(PBS)ofpH6.9.TheformalpotentialoftheMbhemeFe(III)/Fe(II)coupleshiftedlinearlywithpHwitha
4、slopeof−49.6mV/pH,indicatingthattheelectrontransferisaccompaniedbysingle-protontransportation.TheimmobilizedMbexhibitedexcellentelectrocatalyticresponsetothereductionofhydrogenperoxide,basedonwhichanunmediatedbiosensorforhydrogenperoxidewasachieved.Thel
