2、定义GB/T20647.8-2006界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1 家政服务homemakingservice以家庭为服务对象,协助家庭成员对其各类事务进行实际操作和科学管理的过程。[GB/T20647.8-2006,定义3.1]3.2 家政服务经营者homemakingserviceoperators依法成立的从事家政服务经营或中介活动的组织,以下简称经营者。注:参照GB/T20647.8-2006中的3.1。3.3 家政服务消费者homemakingservicecustomers接受家政服务的对象,通常指雇主,以下简称消费者。
