3、gardingtheinvestmentandeconomizing,butalsothequestionamountrelativelyhighofthesetowardsomefinancialinstitutions;-theinsufficientdevelopmentoftheeconomize-investmentcultureofthepopulationfromRomania.Forexample,in2003,between60-70%fromtheRomaniancitizens
4、didn’thadanyrelationwiththebanksystem,andonly59.300fromtheRomanianshadassumedtheactiveinvestorroleonthemutualfundsmarket.Meanwhile,therehasbeenregisteredprogressesinthisdirection,whereonaspecialcontributionhadthechangessupervenedinthepaymentmodalitywit
5、hinthebankcardsofthesalariesandotherremunerationforms,what“forced”thepopulationtofamiliarizewiththispaymentsystemand,generally,tolineunmorewiththebanksystem;thelegislativeframe,thatcanrestrictor,contrary,canfacilitatetheaccesstorealestatecredit,withadi
