5、vertomoveemployeestowardthedesiredgoalsofanorganization(McLaganandNel,1995).ExaminingtheeffectsofpaypolicyonanenterprisehasbecomeaveryimportantissueintheHRMfieldasmanagersincreasinglyemphasizeSHRM.Priorresearchhascontributed,attheindividuallevel,tothenexusbetweenpaypolicyandseveralimportantco
