1、绿升麻中菠萝蜜烷型三萜类成分研究作者:卢滨范云双万定荣段宏泉【摘要】 目的研究绿升麻中菠萝蜜烷型三萜皂苷类化学成分。方法以硅胶柱层析、凝胶层析等多种柱层析分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,得到单体化合物,以各种有机波谱鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到15个菠萝蜜烷型三萜类皂苷化合物,鉴定为asiaticosideA(1);asiaticosideB(2);26-deoxycimicifugoside(3);cimicifugoside(23S,4);25-甲氧基升麻醇-3-O-b-D-木糖苷(25-O-methyl-cimigenol-3-O-b-D-
