1、非言语交际在跨文化交际中的运用,英语其它论文[摘要]人们在日常生活中的交际方式有两种：言语和非言语交际。许多人很难意识到非言语交际的重要性及其潜力。许多学者研究表明：在面对面的交际中有70%的信息是通过非言语手段进行的，用言语的方式表达只有30%。非言语交际在人类中发挥了不可忽视的作用。非言语是人类交流思想、传递信息、表达情感的语言符号系统，具有自己的特点和交际功能。非言语交际具有普遍性、模糊性，在一定的文化背景产生，具有一定的文化差异性。非言语交际可以用来强调、重复、补充、代替、调节、抵触言语行为，还可以用来表达情感，传递个人间的态度
2、。非言语交际系统是一定社会文化的产物，具有自己的文化特性。但由于交际双方的文化背景不同，交际准则不同，又缺少对对方文化知识和非言语行为的了解，在交际中交际双方的非言语行为无法理解和沟通，因而影响了交际的质量。在跨文化交际中，非言语交际的差异性可能阻碍双方的交流。因此，我们必须提出一些办法来解决在跨文化中出现的问题。非言语交际在社交中具有很大的价值，因此对非言语交际的了解是必要的，而且是有意义的。本文从非言语的功能、特性、文化差异及解决办法这几方面作了简要阐述，以促进非言语交际的顺利进行。[关键词]非言语交际；特性；功能；文化差异；策略N

5、ndexpressfeelings.Ithasitsowncharacteristicsandfunctions.Nonverbalcommunicationisuniversal,conventional,vague,andcontextual.Weusenonverbalcommunicationtoemphasize,repeat,complement,replace,regulateorevencontradictourverbalbehavior.Nonverbalcommunicationalsohasthefunction
6、sofexpressingfeelingsandconveyinginterpersonalattitudes.Nonverbalcommunicationsystemistheresultofacertainsocialculture.Ithasitsownculturalspecificfeatures.Nonverbalbehaviormayconveydifferentmeaningsindifferentcultures.Andbecauseoftheirdifferentculturebackground,communica
