6、iety,translationisnotonlythegenerativespeechsemiotics,butalsoabehaviorininterculturalcommunication.Peopleuse“interculturalcommunication”,“interculturalcooperation”,“acculturation”and“transculturation”toreplace“translation”.TheculturaldifferenceofEnglishand
7、Chinese,proverbmayhasthesameliteralmeaningandfigurativemeaning,butdifferentimpliedmeaning.Andimpliedmeaningistherealmeaningwhichthespeakerorwriterwantstoexpress.ThedifferencesbetweenEnglishandChineseproverbscanbeconvergedintotwocategories:figurativemeaning
