1、中医综合护理方案对剖宫产术后胃肠功能影响的临床研究杜春琼四川省平昌县中医医院（四川平昌邮编636400）目的：研究中医综合护理方案在剖宫产术后对胃肠功能影响。方法：选取我院2014年3月-2015年3月进行剖宫产手术产妇96例作为研究对象，按照就诊顺序分为两组，常规护理组48例，采用常规护理方式，中医护理组48例，在常规护理基础上釆用中医综合护理方案，两组患者的疗程均为3d,比较两组患者肠鸣音恢复正常的时间，首次排气时间、首次排便时间、分泌初乳的时间。结果：中医护理组产妇的麻醉时间、手术时间和术中出血量与常规护理组比较无明显差异（P>0.05）,而中医护

2、理组产妇肠鸣恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及首次分泌乳汁时间均短于常规护理组产妇，两组差异显著，其有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中医综合护理方案在剖宫产术中能够改善产妇的胃肠功能，促使胃肠功能恢复，使分泌初乳时间提前，适合在临床中应用、推广。【关键词】中医综合护理方案；剖宫产术；胃肠功能；影响ComprehensivecareschemeoftraditionalChinesemedicineclinicalstudyofeffectsofgastrointestinalfunctionaftercesareansection【abstrac
